As front line advocates, we strive to provide quality service and ensure member rights are protected. The ERFP membership is comprised of educational professionals working in the Peel District School Board. Members include Teaching Assistants, Behavioural Teaching Assistants, Designated Early Childhood Educators, and a range of other roles supporting student success. In permanent and casual roles, ERFP members advocate for children and are vital, contributing members of the school community.
