Program upgrades to our website and the migration to a new server resulted in password distortions. This means members are required to re-set their passwords.
To do this: Please click on the “Forgot Your Password” link and follow the instructions. You will be asked to identify yourself as a member of ERFP. You will be directed to your ERFP webmail** to retrieve a random code. This code will automatically appear in the required section where you change (re-set) your password. Then follow the previous process by entering:
- Username: 9 digit employee number
- Password: your personal password you created
Please note: You may experience a problem with the process due to the high volume of traffic. We appreciate your patience. Thank you!
**Webmail: Make sure you access the most recent Lost Password message (check it is the time and date of your attempt). If you access an earlier message the code will not be recognized.
